They haven't taken on all the responsibilities and that's why we need your expertise and knowledge.
The role is for a period of 24 months.
Here’s what you will do:
Partner with internal stakeholders \ to understand learning needs and turn them into engaging learning solutions
Design, develop and deliver high-quality learning experiences (e-learning, onboarding, workshops, learning journeys, internal learning events)
Create and update e-learning content using tools like Syntesia, Rise and manage the LMS platform
Develop learning materials: presentations, videos, manuals, templates and learning assets
Measure learning impact and continuously improve programs using data and feedback
Collaborate with external vendors (LMS, e-learning, content providers)
Support trainers and subject matter experts with content, tools and facilitation
Act as an L&D ambassador, promoting a strong learning culture across the organization
The Ideal Candidate
Curious, proactive and eager to continuously learn and improve
Organized, collaborative and able to manage several projects at the same time
Solid understanding of how people learn and of instructional design principles
Strong communication skills, able to translate technical or business topics into clear learning content
Experience in Instructional Design / Learning & Development (min. 2 years in a similar role)
Hands-on experience with e-learning development and LMS administration (SCORM is a plus)
Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and in international environments
Passionate and skilled in using and exploring different digital tools
Advanced English (written & spoken)
Bachelor's Degree
