The Team within the Department of Health Tasmania operates as a collaborative and service‑focused group that supports the effective delivery of health services across the organisation. As a Support Services Officer, the team provides essential administrative, coordination, and operational support to ensure smooth day‑to‑day functions. Team members work closely with clinical and non‑clinical stakeholders, demonstrating flexibility, accuracy, and responsiveness in a fast‑paced environment. As a member of the Royal Hobart Hospital’s Department of Critical Care Medicine (DCCM) operational support team, the Support Services Officer (SSO):

Details of appointment:
Two permanent part time, shift worker positions, working up to 76 hours per fortnight commencing as soon as possible.
*Notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.
Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time, part time, and casual vacancies.
Position Features:
Salary: $63,110 to $66,049 per annum (Pro rata). Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
