Job Description

As a Senior Planner, you will be responsible for optimizing the use of available resources to complete work plan scopes within budget and time constraints. Key responsibilities include:

• Resource Optimization: Work in an integrated planning, cost, and risk environment.
• Scheduling Methodology: Follow established planning and scheduling methodology.
• Schedule Risk Analysis: Carry out Schedule Risk Analysis throughout the project life cycle.
• Project Milestones: Develop Project Milestone and Progress tracking baselines.
• Contractor Management: Ensure contractor compliance and manage performance.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or relevant equivalent.
• Experience: Extensive experience in a project planning role, ideally consultancy.
• Planning & Scheduling: Extensive experience in planning & scheduling of major capital projects, ideally in the Infrastructure sector (Water, Rail, Roads, Power).
• Software Proficiency: Experienced user of Primavera Project Planner 6.
• Risk & Data Analysis: Experience with risk identification and analysis and data analysis.
• Project Management: Demonstrated knowledge of project management principles (PMP certification is desirable).
