We are looking for an experienced Corporate Admin & Travel Manager to oversee end-to-end office administration, international travel coordination, vendor management, and executive support within a fast-paced corporate environment. This role is ideal for someone who can independently manage administrative operations while ensuring smooth coordination across travel, facilities, reporting, and leadership support functions.
As a key part of the operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining efficient office processes, coordinating domestic and international travel requirements, managing vendor relationships, and supporting leadership with day-to-day administrative activities. The role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience in IT industry administration, strong exposure to corporate environments, and hands-on expertise in international travel management and vendor coordination.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth operational functioning across departments.
- Coordinate office infrastructure, facilities management, office supplies, and general administrative activities.
- Handle domestic and international travel arrangements including flight bookings, hotel reservations, visa documentation, transport coordination, and itinerary preparation.
- Work closely with travel vendors and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective travel management.
- Maintain and manage vendor relationships for office operations, events, facilities, and corporate services.
- Coordinate internal meetings, conferences, events, and leadership visits.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, documentation, and administrative records.
- Support leadership and management teams with scheduling, communication coordination, and executive assistance.
- Ensure proper documentation, data management, and reporting processes are maintained accurately.
- Monitor administrative budgets, vendor performance, and operational efficiency.
- Handle employee travel queries, escalations, and coordination activities professionally.
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and structured communication across all interactions.
- Contribute to process improvements and administrative efficiency initiatives.
