We are looking for a passionate and nurturing Preprimary Teacher who can create a joyful, engaging, and safe learning environment for young children during their foundational years of education. The ideal candidate should possess strong teaching abilities, patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children. This role requires someone who can help students develop early literacy, numeracy, communication, motor, and social skills through interactive and activity-based learning methods.
As a Preprimary Teacher, you will play a key role in shaping children’s emotional, intellectual, and behavioral development while ensuring that classroom experiences remain fun, meaningful, and age appropriate. Candidates with 1 to 13 years of teaching experience are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging classroom sessions for preprimary students using creative teaching techniques.
- Develop lesson plans, classroom activities, and learning materials aligned with early childhood education standards.
- Encourage curiosity, creativity, confidence, and independent thinking among students.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports emotional and social development.
- Use storytelling, rhymes, games, art, music, and hands-on activities to make learning interactive and enjoyable.
- Monitor and evaluate students’ progress, behavior, and participation regularly.
- Identify individual learning needs and provide appropriate attention and support to each child.
- Maintain discipline and ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding students’ academic progress, behavior, and developmental milestones.
- Organize classroom events, celebrations, and extracurricular activities to enhance student engagement.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and school staff to ensure smooth academic operations and student development.
- Maintain attendance records, classroom documentation, and student reports as required by the school.
- Stay updated with modern teaching methodologies and early childhood education practices.

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred.
- Experience: 1 to 13 years in teaching, preferably in preprimary or early childhood education.
- Freshers with strong teaching aptitude and passion for working with children may also be considered.
