Purpose
This role connects with internal customer to understand business requirements and translate them into technical and functional solution through group or local applications.
Key Missions
- Ensures software applications meet technical and functional requirements
- Ensures compliance with application standards, good business practices and group processes
- Manages or participates to group or local application(s) projects initial build or deployment
- Ensures functional support, corrective maintenance and evolution of the application (Requirement analysis, definition of technical and functional specifications, system configuration, etc.
- Executes and manages tests campaign
- Writes application documentation (design document, user guide, specification, tests document, etc.)
- Prepares and performs users trainings
- Intern/ Apprentice
