We’re on the hunt for an energetic, passionate Service Deli/Seafood Assistant Manager to help lead our high-performing Deli/Seafood departments.

Your role will include assisting with the coordination, communication, and presentation of a wide range of deli/Seafood offerings - from everyday favourites to imaginative creations. A flair for innovation and a strong commitment to customer service are essential, as we pride ourselves on delivering the best customer experience in Mid Canterbury.

What We’re Looking For:

 

• Previous leadership experience (an advantage)
• A passion for outstanding customer service
• Initiative, integrity, and a proactive approach
• Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills

• Ability to prioritise, multitask, and consistently meet deadlines
• Physically fit and ready for hands-on work
• Commitment to food safety and hygiene compliance

• Ability to lead by example and foster a culture of support and positivity 

 

Days of Work:

 

Sunday to Thursday
