You'll play a key role in ensuring seamless endpoint management across the globe, contributing to the efficiency and security of our operations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Technical SPOCs, service owners, architects), design and deploy solutions using SCCM and Intune, and develop high-quality support services, among other responsibilities.
You’ll specifically take care of designing, updating, testing, and releasing Autopilot PCs, but also managing global processes and being available for on-call emergency situations.
JOB PURPOSE :
Reporting to Head Of Head EUC Imaging and Apps, you will be in charge of Endpoint management activities across globe.
Experience in the design and deployment of the following technologies: SCCM, Microsoft Windows 10, Enterprise Mobility + Security (Intune), Autopilot.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Technology
4-7 years of experience in IT, with significant expertise in Autopilot, Intune, and troubleshooting
Experience in the design and deployment of Microsoft Windows 10, Enterprise Mobility + Security (Intune), and Autopilot
Knowledge of Windows servicing, Windows as a Service, and cloud-based endpoint management workloads
Familiarity with ITIL processes and frameworks
Strong communication and vendor management skills to interact with global business teams
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automating system administration tasks
Ability to adapt to change and manage shifting priorities
Experience in delivering solutions across multiple geographies in global companies
