Job Summary
Assist in activities on new projects and coordinate project portfolio. Supervise administration and support services in projects to ensure activities are effectively implemented
General Responsibilities
- Support superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditure against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources
- Coordinate overall administration project portfolio progression, track resource utilization to ensure projects meet objectives/timelines
- Compile project requirements based on stakeholder needs and expectations. Communicate potential issues to all affected departments in a timely manner
- Monitor project plans and tasks in accordance to agreed timelines. Prepare communication documentation as part of the project management activities
- Ensure necessary paperwork is completed, signed and approved by stakeholders throughout the project process
- Ensure delivery of administration project within timeline, consistently meeting and exceeding customer expectations
- Track budgets, targets and administration project's cost
- Ensure project activities are in compliance with project management processes and guidelines
- Provide and give explanation to stakeholders on project requirements and progress/status updates
- Maintain communication with stakeholders to ensure complete satisfaction on projects/services, as well as to collect feedback for future improvements
Functional Skills and Knowledge
- Demonstrate knowledge in project management or PMP certified
- Proven advanced numeracy and excellent quantitative analysis
- Ability to produce graphic representations of analytical data for presentations
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English is preferrable, both written and spoken
Education
Diploma or certificate in Business Administration, or equivalent
