• Become a Cut Packhouse Machine Operator and help us deliver the freshest herbs every day! We are looking for both Day and Night Shift Machine Operators who are skilled, motivated, and eager to grow within the business. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team and develop your career in a fast-paced food production environment. You will be responsible for setting up, running, and maintaining our cut packhouse machinery and packing lines—ensuring high quality, reducing waste, and helping us meet the standards our customers rely on.
⭐ What You’ll Do ✔ Set up and operate cutting and packing line machinery safely and accurately ✔ Ensure cut herbs are processed to specification before packing ✔ Check labels, seals, weights, and overall product quality ✔ Meet key daily KPIs (including waste reduction & efficiency targets) ✔ Keep your line running smoothly with strong communication and teamwork ✔ Maintain excellent hygiene and follow all H&S and Food Safety procedures ✔ Support Continuous Improvement projects to enhance site performance
⭐ What We’re Looking For ✔ Skilled machine operators or individuals with relevant experience ✔ A strong willingness to learn and develop within the business ✔ Highly motivated with a positive, can do attitude ✔ Excellent attention to detail, communication, and teamwork ✔ Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, chilled environment ✔ Health & Safety awareness (essential) ✔ Experience in food manufacturing or similar environments (desirable)
