Ecore is seeking an experienced Environmental Health & Safety Regional Manager to lead our safety initiatives across multiple facilities in Pennsylvania and beyond. What You'll Do:
As our EHS Regional Manager, you'll be the trusted safety partner for our facilities in Chambersburg, Newville, and Lockport: • Drive Safety Culture: Develop and implement cutting-edge safety programs that prevent incidents before they happen • Lead Investigations: Analyze incidents, identify root causes, and create solutions that drive continuous improvement • Ensure Compliance: Keep us ahead of OSHA and DOT regulations while maintaining our excellent safety record • Train & Influence: Deliver engaging safety training that changes behaviors and saves lives • Manage Environmental Programs: Oversee waste management, pollution prevention, and sustainability initiatives • Emergency Preparedness: Develop response plans and lead drills to ensure our teams are always prepared
What You Bring: • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field • BCSP Certification (CSP, ASP, or other Board of Certified Safety Professionals credential) • OSHA 30 certification • 5+ years of hands-on EHS experience • Proficiency with EHS software (VelocityEHS experience a plus) • SharePoint and Power BI are a plus!
