Responsible for painting, wallpapering, installing drywall and general maintenance. Performs all duties in accordance with company policies and within the realm of Caesars Entertainment.
HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY
- Daily maintenance of wallpaper, paint, and furniture. Touch-up hotel, casino, back of house, restaurants and throughout facility.
- Repainting of curbs, traffic stripes and directional signs throughout facility.
- Maintain all finishes throughout hotel, casino, back of house and restaurants.
- Repair and repaint exterior structure and doors.
- Assist in all special projects.
- Ability to use airless spraying equipment.
- Ability to mix and match colors.
- Handling and disposal of all hazardous waste associated with shop.
- Take a leadership role in reporting and correcting unsafe work practices or unsafe facility conditions.
- Must be able to meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to departmental and company policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Must have a minimum of four years’ experience in all above areas.
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Must be able to get along well with co-workers and work as a team.
- Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift.
- Must present a well-groomed appearance.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be capable of maneuvering for prolonged periods of time, both inside and outside sometimes in temperatures more than 115 degrees or cold temperatures below 10 degrees.
- Must possess coordination and dexterity to work with power and hand tools
- Respond to visual and aural cues.
- Must be able to stoop, bend, jump and carry heavy loads.
- Must be able to lift to 100 pounds.
- Able to maneuver on level surfaces as well as up and down stairs.
- Must be able to think clearly and respond calmly in situations.
- Must be able to learn and retain locations.
