Your Opportunity
Stantec is seeking a senior, experienced Project Manager to support the continued growth of our Atlantic Environmental Services team. This role is ideal for a professional who understands the relationship‑driven nature of the Atlantic Canadian market and brings strong regional insight, technical leadership, along with a track record of successfully delivering environmental projects in collaboration with clients, regulators, and communities.
In this position, you will act as a trusted advisor to public and private sector clients across Atlantic Canada, leveraging existing relationships while helping strengthen Stantec’s profile and market presence in the region. You will play a meaningful role in business development activities, supporting long‑standing client partnerships and contributing to new opportunities across sectors such as infrastructure, energy, industrial, and real estate.
You will provide leadership on a range of environmental site investigation and remediation projects, overseeing project execution from planning through delivery. This includes managing scope, schedule, and financial performance; mentoring project team members; and ensuring practical, defensible solutions that reflect local site conditions, regulatory expectations, and stakeholder considerations.
Working in a collaborative, team‑oriented environment, you will partner closely with Atlantic‑based project teams while also drawing on Stantec’s national technical specialists as needed. This balance allows for strong local decision‑making, supported by deep technical expertise, to deliver integrated solutions that meet both regional and national standards.
The position can be based out of any Stantec office in Atlantic Canada and offers flexibility, regional collaboration, and exposure to projects throughout the Atlantic provinces—and occasionally beyond. This role offers an opportunity to make a tangible impact in the region while contributing to the success of a respected global consulting firm with a strong and well‑established local presence.
