We are looking for a meticulous and organized Service Coordinator to join our team in Calgary, AB. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating and scheduling inspections and repairs confirmed by clients.
The person in this role will serve as the central point of contact between internal teams, field technicians, and clients to ensure efficient execution, compliance with quality standards, and adherence to timelines and budgets. This position is ideal for a proactive individual who can manage multiple files simultaneously while maintaining a high level of communication and coordination.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and schedule service calls and inspections with clients
- Proactively contact clients before the due date of their periodic inspections
- Identify new clients and promote our services
- Arrange equipment rentals or other requirements for installations, when needed
- Coordinate scheduled services between clients and technicians
- Ensure optimal use of the technicians’ scheduling calendar to maintain a high level of operational efficiency
- Maintain up-to-date equipment records and inspection contract renewals
- Follow up on after-sales service and repairs with the service team and clients
- Contribute to the improvement of processes, productivity, and customer satisfaction

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least one year of experience in industrial sales or a related customer service field (counter sales experience preferred)
- Proactive, motivated, and customer service-oriented attitude
- Clear communication skills with technicians and clients
- Driven to achieve sales goals and develop new skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
