In these roles, you'll work as:
Senior Passenger Attendant
As a Senior Passenger Attendant, you’ll support onboard team members to deliver a safe, professional, and positive passenger experience. You'll be the point of contact and assist in resolving passenger enquiries and situations requiring additional support. You’ll oversee onboard buffet operations, assist with ticket transactions, and support the Passenger Service Supervisor in maintaining safety, operational, and emergency procedure standards onboard.

Passenger Service Supervisor
As a Passenger Service Supervisor, you’ll lead and support the onboard team while overseeing customer service, train safety, security, operational performance, and emergency procedures. You’ll provide ongoing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure team members are equipped to deliver safe, professional, and exceptional passenger experiences, while consistently demonstrating NSW TrainLink’s values and behaviours in every interaction.

Location and Roster
All roles are based at Dubbo Depot and will require to travel across regional NSW with overnight stays required for some travel routes and rosters.
All roles work to a 14-day rotating roster that can include weekends and public holidays, plus additional hours where required.
You may be added to a candidate talent pool aimed at filling current and future role vacancies at Dubbo Station within the next 18 months. If a role arises over this period, a talent team member may contact you about progressing through
