You’re comfortable navigating digital tools, but more importantly, you know how to translate them into something useful, simple, and impactful for the people using them.
🚀 What you’ll be doing
- Support customers across chat, phone, and email with clarity, empathy, and speed
- Solve real problems — not just answer questions
- Help hoteliers and property owners get genuine value from Amenitiz
- Translate product features into simple, practical solutions customers can actually use
- Spot patterns, think ahead, and help improve how we support and what we build
- Work closely with Product and Engineering to fix issues at the root

🌍 Requirements
- Native Spanish speaker with strong English and fluent French
- Experience in a customer-facing role (chat, phone, or email support)
- Experience with CRM or SaaS tools is a plus
