2. Trend Monitoring & Campaign Planning: Closely monitor trending topics, industry dynamics, and product updates across mainstream overseas social platforms. Lead the team in designing and executing large-scale social media and community engagement campaigns to drive significant growth in followers and user engagement. Establish an efficient user feedback mechanism to ensure timely and high-quality responses to inquiries and feedback.
3. Content Management & Quality Control: Oversee the publishing schedule for overseas social media posts. Define content standards and guidelines, guide team members in content creation and review, and ensure timely updates with high-quality, creative, and targeted content.
4. Data Analysis & Strategy Optimization: Leverage professional analytics tools to closely monitor and evaluate the company’s overall performance across overseas social media platforms. Conduct regular data analysis and post-campaign reviews to provide the team with accurate data support and in-depth insights. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Media, International Business, or related fields preferred.
2. Experience: 5+ years of experience in overseas social media operations or digital marketing, with at least 3 years of team management experience. Proven track record of building successful overseas social media brands is a plus.
3. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English. Capable of effective collaboration with international teams, external partners, and clients.
