Job Responsibilities: • Develop and deploy a document control system that satisfies our EPC/Fabricator/End-User customer base; one which adds recognizable value to our product and services offering. • Manage daily submittals of drawings, procedures, and project related documents for all customer purchase orders. • Coordinate document packages across multiple departments to ensure alignment with customer requirements. • Review and verify all project documentation. • Conduct in person training to ensure adherence to all project specific document control processes and procedures. • Manage the maintenance, preparation, and routing of assigned sales orders. • Coordinate and organize the fulfillment strategy, effectively communicating it to the execution team. • Prepare accurate documentation packages for each delivery. • Effectively manage carriers to ensure prompt and on-time deliveries. • Maintain proficiency in our current computerized systems and other technologies while introducing other tools that promote and support our mission. • Serve as the lead on priority orders ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant execution, document management, and communication through delivery. • Manage sensitive information in a confidential manner. • Assist with other projects as needed. Job Requirements: • Familiarity with document control standard practices and software. • Ability to research and resolve irregular and unusual transactions. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interfacing with employees, customers, and vendors. • Strong understanding and appreciation of deadlines and commitments to schedules. • Exceptional organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail.
