An opportunity has arisen within the South Coast Nursing Homes group for a Domestic Assistant at Eastridge Manor in Bolney, Nr Haywards Heath. Hours: 16 hrs per week - can be flexible on start and end times. You must be able to work alternate weekends. Rota pattern: Week 1: Thursday & Friday Week 2: Friday & Saturday The purpose of this role is to keep the home clean and safe, providing a superior service to our residents • To provide a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the home at all times. • To clean residents’ rooms thoroughly each day after nursing staff have completed their patient care. To check flowers and plants and water/dispose of as necessary. • To clean communal area’s including mopping, vacuuming, dusting • Ensuring the home is safe eg, removing clutter, keeping storage area’s tidy • Shampoo carpets as and when needed.
