As a Specialty Product Analyst (Team Leader) in Trade & Working Capital Operations, you will process and release trade finance transactions while supporting the manager in driving team goals and daily execution priorities. You will help ensure transactions are completed with accuracy, quality, and adherence to internal policies and applicable rules, while identifying and escalating risks. You will also promote an inclusive team environment by coaching peers, sharing best practices, and contributing to projects and continuous improvement.
