As an Individual Contributor, this role supports the planning, coordination, and optimization of content experiences across the public website to support revenue‑generating activities, business growth, and customer engagement. The role translates digital‑experience and website strategy into defined, measurable content initiatives that improve acquisition, conversion, and organic discovery.
Content Initiative Support: Assists with translating website and digital‑experience strategy into actionable web initiatives aligned to defined business goals by executing assigned content, optimization, and testing activities. Supports timely delivery by following established processes, tools, and guidance.
Content and Experience Analysis: Conducts website and content audits, opportunity assessments, competitive reviews, and best‑in‑class analysis to support planning and prioritization efforts. Documents findings and surfaces insights to inform next steps.
Digital Experience Planning Support: Contributes to digital experience and content plans by documenting objectives, approaches, dependencies, and success metrics in coordination with cross‑functional partners. Ensures plans reflect defined goals and execution requirements.
Performance Evaluation Assistance: Uses analytics, SEO/AEO insights, and testing data to evaluate performance and provide input into optimization recommendations. Supports measurement activities by maintaining data accuracy and clarity in reporting.
Cross‑Functional Coordination: Partners with web design and development, analytics, creative, production, and program teams to support the execution of content initiatives across multiple lines of business. Coordinates inputs, timelines, and follow‑ups to ensure alignment and completion.
Bachelor’s degree in UX, digital experience, communications, marketing, or a related field. Equivalent work experience or certification(s) may be considered in lieu of degree.
Minimum 3 years of experience in digital content planning, optimization, or digital marketing for web platforms. Experience coordinating content development across cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
Ability to synthesize data and insights into clear recommendations and action plans. Familiarity with web analytics platforms (e.g., Adobe Analytics) and basic performance measurement concepts.
Understanding of SEO and emerging AEO/GEO principles, tools and best practices as they relate to content discoverability and conversion. Writing for web, with strong editorial judgment and the ability to recommend or design content improvements and test variations.
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
Basic knowledge and skill proficiency in analytical thinking, brand and marketing understanding, business analytics, communication, content creation, cross‑functional collaboration, customer experience, digital literacy, digital marketing, project management, publishing acumen, and technology acumen.
Preferred:
Experience working with content in a banking or financial services context
Experience working with designers and developers in an Agile environment
Experience using Adobe Analytics, Tableau, and Adobe Target or similar experimentation platforms
Experience using AI (e.g.: CoPilot, ChatGPT, etc.) to assist in research and analysis
