We are hiring an Identity Engineer - Workforce Identity to play a critical, hands-on technical role in designing, enhancing and operating the workforce identity platforms that underpin secure access across Australia Post. Acting as a subject matter expert, you will be responsible for administering and operating the Silverfort platform as the key technology for this role, alongside supporting Active Directory and Entra ID environments. You will be accountable for delivering enhancements, maintenance, monitoring and operational support to ensure these platforms remain stable, secure and aligned to business needs. With a strong focus on engineering quality and service excellence, you will help deliver reliable, customer-centric identity services, drive continuous improvement, and ensure our identity capability meets enterprise security, compliance and strategic objectives.
What you’ll deliver with us
About you
You bring proven experience delivering and supporting critical business services within a medium to large enterprise, with strong hands-on expertise across Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID and related identity technologies. You have demonstrated capability in administering and operating the Silverfort platform, which is a key requirement for this role, and understand how to leverage it to strengthen identity security at scale. You are experienced in the management and governance of enterprise workforce identity environments, applying best-practice security controls and standards to ensure robust, compliant and resilient identity services.
