Your Team:
Strategic Communication and Change sits within Corporate Affairs of the Finance and Corporate Affairs Division (F&CA) but embedded in the Accelerate Program. Our team sets the standard by managing the E2E change management outputs of the Accelerate Program by supporting the business successfully deliver changes that are adopted and embedded sustainably. We work closely with the broader Corporate Affairs and OCM team to ensure enterprise effectiveness and consistency.
Your responsibilities:
Provide hands on oversight to design, develop, and implement change management strategies and plans including detailed assessments of change impacts and business readiness
Partner with workstream to develop change plans that drive consistency for impacted groups and sustainable transitions to BAU
Build strong relationships across the workstreams to influence their continued engagement of impacted stakeholders and readiness for the changes.
Empower and coach change managers as required to deliver desired outcomes to foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and teamwork
Ensure all mandated Program OCM deliverables and activities are completed as per the ASX Delivery Framework
Help workstreams to identify change barriers and design recommendations to mitigate change risk and business impact.
Provide coordinated standard reporting on change progress and deliverables within the workstream.
Your experience and qualifications
Must have:
Proven track record as a Senior Change Manager and / or progression to Change Lead on transformational programs in complex change environments
Demonstrated understanding of working with business led streams vs project streams
Demonstrate ability and appetite to manage through ambiguity, pivot when required and adapt to changing factors common in large transformation programs of this size
Ability to build high-trust relationships with stakeholders – guiding and influencing their change plans/approach
Experience with mandated delivery frameworks/templates and being both creative and compliant
Strong experience in agile delivery and familiarity with agile and Microsoft tools; Confluence, JIRA and PowerPoint
Ability to work at pace – prioritising progress over perfection.

Experience leading change in a financial services environment
