Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business data and prepare reports, presentations, and business insights for management decision-making.
- Support and coordinate strategic projects, business initiatives, and follow-up actions across departments.
- Monitor KPIs, project progress, and operational performance.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and support marketing-related activities when required.
- Coordinate with IT teams and vendors for system improvements, digital projects, and process automation initiatives.
- Maintain business records, trackers, and confidential documents with accuracy and professionalism.
- Support effective communication and coordination between management and relevant stakeholders.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in business analysis, project coordination, marketing, or related areas.
- Exposure to working with senior management will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of business operations, marketing, and digital systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with high confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
