Alumil, a leading European company specializing in architectural aluminum systems, is seeking a dedicated Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team.
Role Overview:
The Sales Consultant plays a key role in expanding the company’s sales within their region by cultivating and managing valuable partnerships with traders and manufacturers. Beyond handling direct sales and essential sales duties, this role focuses on building strong, collaborative relationships that not only boost sales volume but also enhance the reputation and quality associated with the Alumil brand in the area.
As a Sales Consultant at Alumil, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our B2B clients. Your role involves promoting our comprehensive range of aluminum systems, understanding client needs, and providing technical and commercial support to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify prospective clients and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and engineering, to deliver tailored solutions.
- Manage sales documentation and update CRM systems regularly.
- Participate in trade shows and marketing events to promote the Alumil brand.
- Execute the company’s commercial and credit policies, the collection of outstanding balances, and the attainment of objectives across the full range of clientele within his/her designated area.
- Execute authorized action plans aimed at enhancing the productivity (in terms of volume and turnover) of customers within his designated area of responsibility, specifically in profiles and accessories.
- Conduct daily visits and provides technical support and guidance to manufacturers within his area of responsibility, with the objective of thoroughly understanding their operations and ensuring the continuous enhancement of the overall expertise of his clients.
- He takes charge of deeply understanding the potential of dealer networks within his/her territory and actively engaging them to embrace the products that align with the company's core objectives.
- Bring the marketing plan to life in your area by executing dynamic marketing activities, such as creating impactful partner reports and eye-catching store signs.
- Acting as the key recipient of market and competitive insights for both profiles and accessories, you will analyze, assess, and effectively share these valuable messages with the team.
- Asses customer return requests with care and take prompt, effective action to ensure satisfaction.
- Create and present tailored budget proposals for customers within their designated area.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to uncover valuable insights into market shares within your area of responsibility.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in B2B sales.
- Prior experience in the construction, aluminum, or related industries will be considered a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
- Strong proficiency in the English language.
