To fulfil the Technology requirements of IoT, Vodafone has developed its own world leading IoT Connectivity Management Platform to target the key strategic growth opportunity specifically to meet the needs of IoT customers globally. We are looking for a IoT Engineering Standards & Effectiveness specialist to support enterprise-wide engineering governance, standards, and productivity across IoT Platform Engineering team.
This position will support a cross Engineering function including strategy, governance, performance management and the definition of ways of working (such as, common methodologies, processes, and tools for developing and operating the IoT Platform), aiming for improving efficiency and productivity within the IoT Platform Engineering teams.
The position focuses on ensuring that the IoT Platform Engineering organization "does the right things" through strategy and governance, as well as "doing things right" through organizational and operational model development and performance management.
This role will also support the KTLO portfolio management (biggest C2 General portfolio in IoT Technology), including governance over finance, workforce and external suppliers.
