KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide comprehensive support to lawyers and team members in the Legal Department, contributing to a wide range of legal, corporate governance, and administrative matters.
Prepare and draft legal documents, forms, and related correspondence with accuracy and professionalism.
Manage internal and external coordination of trademark matters across various jurisdictions.
Conduct preliminary legal research and provide initial assessments on assigned issues.
Maintain an organized system for managing, tracking, and retaining legal documents and records.
Review, update, and manage contract registers to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Ensure confidentiality and adherence to company policies and legal standards.
Assist with ad hoc projects and assignments as needed to support departmental and business priorities.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
2 - 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role within a sizable organization; experience in multinational companies is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related discipline.
Experience or knowledge in trademark matters is preferred.
A mature, proactive, and professional individual with strong interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
Proficiency in MS Office and general IT tools; strong computer skills are highly desirable.
Job title is negotiable based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
