Role Responsibilities
The Cosmetic Operations Specialist responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Operational Projects: Collaborate with cross-functional teams on operational projects and initiatives, including the successful launch of new clinical services. • Event Support: Coordinate and manage logistical support for clinic-wide events, promotions, and launch activities. • Membership Oversight: Lead the oversight, management, and growth strategies for the clinic membership program to ensure consistent member value and retention. • Vendor & Supply Management: Manage vendor relationships, procurement processes, purchase order fulfillment, and inventory management for cosmetic supplies, equipment, and disposables across all locations. • Resource Coordination: Coordinate with clinic managers on resource allocation, equipment maintenance, and supply needs. • Cosmetic Documentation: Maintain cosmetic-specific SOPs and reporting tools to ensure operational consistency across all clinic teams. • Financial & Data Analysis: Support budgeting and cost-control initiatives for cosmetic operations while analyzing operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
Role Qualifications
• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred. • Minimum 2-3 years of operations, logistics, or inventory management experience. • Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, or retail operations is an asset • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), ERP systems, and inventory software • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
