Position Title: Recruiter
Position Reports To: Talent Acquisition Manager
Position Summary:
The Recruiter ensures our company grows a strong talent pipeline by attracting, hiring, and retaining the best employees. This role is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and managing candidates for the “non-craft”, professional population. This position will use various channels to proactively find candidates, screen candidates, contact passive candidates to help build talent pipelines for future needs and help managers with talent assessment and selection.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities
Identify and interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
Develop talent pipeline for future hiring needs by identifying qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search).
Partner with hiring managers to conduct candidate alignment meetings to determine staffing requirements, advise on best hiring strategy, conduct interviews, and provide hiring recommendation.
Attend career fairs, online job fairs and community network events and represent the Apache brand to potential candidates.
Develop advertising programs (internal and external) in coordination with the communications manager to ensure high visibility with potential candidates.
Measure conversion rates, including numbers of passive candidates who turn into applicants, get invited to interviews, get offers and get hired.
Perform administrative hiring tasks with high quality to provide an excellent candidate experience, such as: screening resumes, managing interview scheduling, communicating with candidates, administering appropriate assessments, reference/background check.

Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Communication or related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum two years of Recruiting or Human Resources experience
Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred
Knowledge Skills & Abilities
Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems (Workday experience preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with high quality
Strong analytical and decision-making skills
Working Conditions/Physical Demands
Remaining in a stationary position, often standing, or sitting for prolonged periods.
Light work that includes moving objects up to 20 pounds.
No adverse environmental conditions expected.
