The Role: The Technical Support Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering timely technical assistance and troubleshooting support via email, SMS, and phone. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, clear and professional communication, and a customer-focused approach to ensure a consistently high-quality support experience.
Job Responsibilities: • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through thoughtful, timely, and solution-oriented communication. • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through email, SMS, and phone, ensuring a consistent and supportive experience across all channels. • Collaborate with the support team to resolve customer issues efficiently and share insights that improve overall service delivery. • Utilize internal help documentation and tools to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems quickly and accurately. • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams with clear context and urgency. • Accurately document customer interactions and issue resolutions within Salesforce to maintain transparency and support knowledge sharing.
MUST HAVE Skills: • Previous experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM • Familiarity with dealership operations and common automotive industry tools
