Role Purpose:
This position will be responsible for performing end-to-end business analysis activities to support digital innovation and transformation initiatives across the organization. The role focuses on understanding business needs, analyzing current and future-state processes, gathering and documenting requirements, and working with stakeholders to define practical solutions that improve efficiency and user experience — ultimately putting a smile on customers’ faces through smarter, more seamless journeys enabled by technology and AI. In addition to normal BA responsibilities, this role is also expected to understand how AI and automation platforms can enhance business processes and task efficiency, and to configure relevant AI or automation tools to prepare user journeys, mock-ups, or prototypes for discussion and refinement with end users.
Core Capabilities You Will Apply Daily:
- Business & User Insight Translation: Apply a customer‑focused mindset to analyse business processes, user needs, and pain points across the O+O business model, turning insights into clear, actionable requirements using a scientific and data‑driven approach.
- Requirements & Process Modelling Excellence: Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather and document user stories, functional requirements, and current‑state / future‑state process flows that support scalable and implementable digital solutions.
- Stakeholder Facilitation & Alignment: Facilitate meetings, interviews, and workshops with business users, project teams, and technology stakeholders to align on scope and expected outcomes.
- Digital, AI & Automation Enablement: Evaluate opportunities where AI and automation platforms can improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, or enhance the user journey.
- Prototyping & Experience Visualisation: Configure AI or automation tools to create draft user journeys, prototypes, or proof-of-concept flows for discussion with end users and project teams.
- Solution Validation & Adoption Support: Support solution testing, user acceptance activities, and feedback collection to refine requirements and improve solution fit.
