In this role, you will be part of the Shopping Center Team responsible in understanding the industry and its competitive environment as well as exploring opportunities and empowering industry operations.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the operation of price competitiveness strategies in the Indonesian market, ensuring the accuracy and coverage of platform price comparison data by establishing an efficient data governance system and outsourcing management mechanism, and strengthening the foundation for price competitiveness.
2. By applying productization thinking and product operation thinking, we gain in-depth insights into the entire process of merchants' product operations, combine operation links such as shopping guides, traffic channels, and major promotional activities, identify pain points and opportunities, and drive significant growth in the scale of cost-effective supply and cost-effective orders through operational means.
3. The in-depth collaborative algorithm works with the product R&D team to drive the development of underlying algorithm capabilities such as price elasticity and price comparison for the same products both inside and outside the platform, supporting the precise design of the target price for investment promotion and subsidy depth.
4. Design price management processes and hierarchical mechanisms for design bidding, event investment promotion, etc., to improve Operational Efficiency and participation; design platform incentive policies such as commission discounts and traffic preference to optimize the depth and stability of concessions for scarce and cost-effective supplies.
