The Global Monetization Strategy & Operations (MSO) team is a high-impact unit at the center of TikTok’s global advertising business. We partner with senior leaders to shape strategy, set revenue plans, design incentive policies, and build the operational foundations that enable TikTok to scale. Our work spans markets and functions, requiring sharp problem-solving, rigorous analysis, and the ability to execute in complex environments.
As an MSO intern, you will join a small, high-performing team where you will be entrusted with meaningful responsibilities from day one. You will contribute to projects with direct visibility to leadership, gain experience across multiple markets, and build a skill set that sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and operations.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver analytical reports to track KPIs, evaluate sales performance, and surface insights that shape leadership decisions.
- Conduct research and market sizing across industries, translating findings into clear strategic recommendations.
- Support the design and rollout of regional initiatives that increase sales effectiveness and operational scalability.
- Collaborate with sales and cross-functional stakeholders to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks.
