Compliance Responsibilities:
Maintaining a proactive compliance function that encourages best practice and a strong compliance culture.
Identifying and managing compliance risks through the use of multiple and continuous risk assessment mechanisms, including by developing and implementing a risk-based annual compliance plan in coordination with Regional & Global Compliance.
Ensuring effective and efficient remediation and appropriate preventative action, in response to violations of rules, regulations, policies, procedures and standards of conduct.
Implement and monitor systems and procedures to ensure compliance, including conducting regular compliance reviews and establishing systems to readily identify compliance risk and non-compliance and recommend and coordinate remedial action. This includes implementation and ongoing use of the Chubb Global Regulatory Compliance Risk Management Framework.
Identify and report to Management and relevant Board Committees on reviews undertaken, and on emerging compliance risks and issues that may impact Chubb’s business, in a timely manner.
Monitoring changes in law and regulation and coordinating organizational responses in consultation with Legal Counsel.
Providing advice on compliance issues as required.
Maintaining and developing relationship with the contact person of the regulator and other relevant authorities.
Being responsible as the Anti-Money Laundering Officer and ensure effective implementation of AML controls and measures.
Manage compliance requirements in relation to anti-bribery and corruption, sanctions and OFAC, due diligence and conduct requirements.
Oversee and assist in the periodic review and update of the Chubb Compliance
Taking part in industry and government compliance forums.
Overseeing effective and efficient complaint and dispute resolution systems and procedures.
In coordination with Regional & Global Compliance, Human Resources and relevant legal counsel, develop and deliver an effective and efficient training framework that

includes an effective compliance training program and conducting training.
Providing such other reports are as directed or requested from time to time.
Ensuring appropriate monitoring and compliance of third parties engaged in activities as a representative of Chubb.
Ensuring and monitoring the filing of required regulatory returns and other submissions required.
Implementing strategies to promote awareness of compliance requirements (including changes) to staff.
Such other compliance activities (including Chubb group compliance initiatives) as required from time to time.
Enterprise Risk Management Responsibilities:
Working with the Regional Chief Risk Officer to promote and communicate Enterprise Risk Management goals and objectives.
Acting as the focal point for all ERM activities and ensuring appropriate governance structures and documentation are in place, including maintaining and developing (as relevant) the Risk Management Framework, Risk Committee Charter and internal capital risk assessment process.
Working with the business to identify, evaluate, and assess potential risks and/or areas of concern, and ensuring proper controls and mitigation plans are in place. Also develop and have business units report key risk indicators and emerging risks in to the CRO.
Ensuring risks are captured within the risk system/ risk register, and the methodology of assessing, evaluating, and rating risks are undertaken in accordance with the Risk Management Framework and associated guidelines.
Attain membership of committees relevant to the risk management function such as a Board Risk Committee, Project committee and ensuring quarterly ERC meetings are held, performing a secretarial role, and appropriate agendas, attachments, and minutes are completed, with reporting into Management, the Board and the Regional office being undertaken.
Undertaking risk improvement strategies through continual development of improved risk reporting, identification and follow up procedures and systems, appropriate changes to the Risk Management Framework and associated risk management policies and procedures and coordination with the Regional Chief Risk Officer, the Board, relevant Board and Management Committees and with management in this regard.
Ensuring local regulatory, rating agency, audit and other external requirements are undertaken and complied with including holding discussions, attending reviews, making presentation, articulating Chubb’s ERM program, providing staff training and awareness and participating in discussion groups.
Proficient in both Bahasa Indonesia and English language
Considerable general insurance risk and compliance experience at a senior level, preferably multi-national company.
Broad knowledge of financial services regulation.
Broad knowledge of the principles of Enterprise Risk Management and related management of ERM implementation processes.
Line management experience desirable.
Demonstrated effective written and spoken communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills to be capable of dealing with all levels of Chubb personnel as well as external parties including, where necessary, applicable regulators.
