Working in Risk and Ethics you will help bridge the gap between risk technologies and the business to ensure they are fit for purpose. In an everchanging landscape of new regulations, increased AI usage and complex client demands technology is critical to report, monitor and manage risks for our clients and the firm. As a Salesforce Acceptance SME Senior Manager you will support transformation projects resolving complex cross-functional issues and driving uplift in capability, reporting, controls and user experience across the firm. You will play a critical role in aligning business priorities with technical solutions and strengthening the firm’s position as a leader in the market.

What you’ll do:
Act as the Salesforce Acceptance SME for client and engagement acceptance processes
Provide oversight of key cross-functional activities associated with the Salesforce Acceptance processes to support consistent implementation of agreed controls
Provide expert advice on best practice and functional limitations in Salesforce, and to help driving process redesign and continuous improvement.
Support governance and control uplift across Salesforce Acceptance and related processes by advising on risk and control implications of system changes, access impacts, product code changes, new functionality and connected business process updates.
Support transformation and regulatory change initiatives impacting Salesforce Acceptance and connected processes, including assessment of downstream impacts, identifying stakeholders and implementation considerations.
Act as escalation point for complex issues affecting Salesforce Acceptance and collaborate with local stakeholders, IT support teams and global teams to drive timely and effective resolution.
Identify opportunities to bring AI and automation to improve efficiency and quality.
Drive advanced data analytics and reporting to identify issues and promote positive change.
Act as a key contact to pass on feedback to the global team on the challenges faced by our local teams, request for required enhancements and provide inputs on ideas/questions from global team or other territories.
Build organisational capability and resilience by contributing to knowledge management, documentation, training support and transitional guidance, reducing dependency on key individuals and strengthening the effectiveness of support teams across the firm.
What we’re looking for:
Proven experience within a professional services firm, with good knowledge of the firm’s service offerings and the risk acceptance issues associated with them.
Strong knowledge of risk acceptance policies and processes, particularly client and engagement acceptance processes in the risk modules within Salesforce.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate options and recommendations.
Proven ability to diagnose technology failures to minimize disruption to the risk acceptance process
Confident user of AI with ability to imagine use cases and lead development of solutions.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse situations quickly.
Advanced data analytics and technology related skills, including Salesforce, Excel, Power BI and Power Query. Basic SQL knowledge advantageous.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team and navigate challenges independently.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
