Join our team as a Copywriter specialized in localizations & global productions
We are looking for an ambitious, highly organized, and client-facing Copywriter to join our creative team. In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind our localization and global production workflows, ensuring campaigns resonate worldwide.
In this role, you don't translate copy—rather, you own the localization production process and ensure that localized messaging across global markets is performance-driven and perfectly aligned with our global automotive client’s brand values.
Sitting between the client, local market contacts, project managers, and internal design teams, you will act as the guardian of brand voice while driving funnel optimization to hit key performance metrics.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING 💼
Oversee the administration and production of copy across multiple global markets, managing version control via copy matrices/sheets, tracking updates, and communicating statuses clearly.
Collaborate closely with market contacts, balancing their regional needs while guarding the global brand voice to ensure coherence and premium quality.
Advise teams and clients on channel best practices to ensure all copy is optimized for performance marketing formats (paid social, programmatic, display, and more).
Advise in messaging hierarchy and copy variations to reach KPIs.
Act as a client-facing advocate for high-quality copy, building strong relationships and confidently presenting messaging strategies.
Partner with Art Directors, Motion Designers, Designers, Developers, and Project Managers to automate and streamline localization processes across skill sets.
Manage copy workflows not only for our leading premium automotive client but also for other key accounts.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR ✔️
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing or copywriting.
Native English speaker, or Native Swedish, with an exceptional command of English (additional languages are a strong bonus).
Proven track record in performance marketing with an understanding of what drives clicks, engagement, and conversions in digital channels.
Highly organized with experience handling large copy matrices/spreadsheets, and ideally familiar with Figma, workflow tools (e.g. Teamwork, Monday), or localization software.
Strong interpersonal skills to manage feedback from local markets while holding the line on brand consistency.
A self-starter who looks to improve and automate existing workflows across departments.
