Kinetic IT invites Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples to express interest in our 2026 Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Traineeship Program in Perth (Boorloo).
No Tech Experience? No Worries!
You don’t need any previous IT experience to apply — just basic computer skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. We’ll support you every step of the way as you build confidence and kick-start your career in tech.
This traineeship is designed for people starting their career journey, including those from non-technical backgrounds.
You’ll complete a Certificate III in Information Technology while gaining hands-on experience with our supportive teams. Along the way, you’ll develop practical skills, grow your confidence, and build a strong foundation for your future career.
The Role
You'll be guided in providing customer service and support via phone and internal tickets for troubleshooting IT related issues, playing a part in delivering Kinetic IT’s award-winning customer service. You’ll get paid to study and learn on the job, while working towards a recognised qualification.
