Business Partnering
Partner closely with business leaders to understand their strategic priorities and provide HR support to achieve business goals.
Manage workforce planning for the supported businesses, identifying critical roles, succession risks and capability gaps, and drive appropriate interventions.
Collaborate with regional and global HR teams to ensure local execution is aligned with broader HR and business strategies.
Support organizational change initiatives.
Employee Relations and Engagement
Provide oversight and guidance on employee relations matters, ensuring consistent, fair and legally compliant outcomes.
Ensure adherence to internal policies and local labour regulations, working with Legal/Compliance where appropriate.
Champion a positive, inclusive and high-performance culture, role-modelling values and behaviours.
Talent Acquisition
Oversee end-to-end recruitment activities for the supported businesses, providing guidance to HR colleagues and external partners on senior or critical hires.
Ensure an efficient and positive candidate and hiring manager experience, continuously improving recruitment processes and tools.
Enhance employer branding to attract top talent to the organization.
Graduate Trainee Programs
Manage graduate trainee / analyst programs to attract and nurture young talent.
Provide support to trainees, facilitating their professional development and integration into the company.
Mobility Management
Manage employee mobility cases, including domestic and international relocations, secondments, and expatriate assignments.
Provide guidance on mobility policies, immigration requirements, and relocation support.
Collaborate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition for employees and their families.
With 10+ years of proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist with a strong focus on talent acquisition and employee relations, gained within the Banking and Financial Services sectors.
In-depth knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and best practices.
Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
A proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent command of both written & spoken English and Chinese is essential.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM-CP, or relevant regional credentials) are an advantage.
