Maintenance Technician - Solihull

LSH Auto is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dedicated team in Stockport. This role involves servicing, maintaining, and repairing Mercedes-Benz vehicles to uphold the highest standards of quality and performance.

Welcome Bonus: £2000

Working Hours: 40 hours per week

Salary: £30,700 with potential OTE up to £45,000

Requirements

Your Responsibilities:

• Carry out maintenance, servicing, and repairs on Mercedes-Benz vehicles in compliance with manufacturer guidelines.
• Diagnose faults accurately and carry out effective repairs.
• Maintain detailed records of service and repairs performed.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and organized workspace.
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding vehicle condition and service recommendations.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar automotive maintenance role.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Valid UK driving licence.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, especially electric and hybrid vehicle systems.
