Job Description :
As a Regional IT Support - SEA, you will play a key role in supporting and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations across various systems and platforms. Working closely with internal teams and external vendors, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day IT support & troubleshooting, across SEA countries. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to regional and global IT initiatives while developing your skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Mission and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the establishment, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including but not limited to End User Computing (EUC), LAN/WAN, network equipment, servers, printers, communication systems (VC, Telephony system, etc), and access security systems (CCTV, access doors).
- Provide user support through IT helpdesk management and ticketing system, define proper prioritization and monitor issue handling and troubleshooting KPI.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and suppliers to address IT-related problems and implement improvements.
- Leading the implementation of local IT projects and contribute to the execution of global and regional IT initiatives.
- Respond promptly to critical IT issues, identifying and implementing solutions, while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders, especially local management.
- Act as local representative of Information Security Officer to ensure the implementation of information security practices in line with ISO 27001:2022 standards.
- Manage IT assets, ensuring accurate inventory tracking and control.
- Manage IT Budget and actual realization with good coordination with Finance team
- Work closely with HR team for employee onboarding/offboarding.
- Regularly report on IT activities, challenges, and progress to IT Director, SEA.
- Proactively identify areas for continuous improvement related with IT system and services.
Requirements & Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering or any related field from reputable university.
- Minimum 3 years solid as IT Infra technical experience and 2 years as Managerial level.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Windows & Mac OS, Active Directory / Entra AD, basic networking (Cisco/Meraki Switch & Access Points), device management tools such as MS Intune & JAMF.
- Awareness of information security best practices and its implementation.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Well-organized, ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and solution-oriented, with a genuine passion for technology and continuous learning.
- Positive attitude with a service-minded approach and a strong sense of ownership.
- Collaborative and supportive team player who enjoys working with others to solve challenges.
