We are looking for a Credit Risk Process Specialist to join us at this pivotal moment, share our vision, and help shape the future of European banking.
We are looking for a Credit Risk Process Specialist with strong expertise in mortgage lending products to support the design, implementation, and maintenance of credit risk policies and processes. Your responsibilities will include:
Policy & Standards: Design, maintain, and support mortgage credit risk policies, underwriting standards, and approval flows.
System Development: Define and validate system requirements for risk decisioning, process automation, and analyst tools.
Quality Assurance: Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and other validation activities for new credit process implementations.
Portfolio Analysis: Analyze portfolio performance, track key risk indicators (LTV, DTI, PD), and propose targeted improvements.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all processes and policies adhere to Recommendation S and other relevant KNF regulations.
3–6 years of experience in credit risk or policy, with a specific focus on mortgage lending.
Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of the mortgage lifecycle, property valuation, income verification, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
Technical Skills: Proven experience in business/system requirement definition and UAT; strong proficiency in SQL and Excel.
Compliance: Familiarity with Recommendation S and Polish mortgage credit risk regulations.
Communication: Fluency in English.
