We are looking for a Credit Risk Process Specialist to join us at this pivotal moment, share our vision, and help shape the future of European banking.
We are looking for a Credit Risk Process Specialist with strong expertise in unsecured ledning products (Cash Loans and Credit Cards) to support the design, implementation, and maintenance of retail credit risk policies and processes to join our team in Warsaw (or Remote). Your responsibilities will include:
Design and Maintain Policy: Co-develop and manage credit risk policies and underwriting rules for unsecured products, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards.
Automate Processes: Define and manage functional requirements for automating credit processes, including decision logic and system integrations.
Enable Analysts: Specify requirements for developing the analyst panel tool used for manual credit application reviews.
Ensure Quality: Support and execute testing and validation of risk-related system developments.
3–6 years of experience in Retail Credit Risk or Policy, specifically focused on unsecured lending (cash loans, credit cards).
Technical & Analytical Skills: Proven experience in system development & testing for credit processes; proficiency in SQL and Excel.
Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of the end-to-end credit process and lifecycle management.
Regulation: Knowledge of relevant Banking Regulations, KNF requirements, and Recommendation T
Strong written and verbal communication skills, advanced Polish and communicative English
