Join our team as an Administrative Line Support Specialist and become the behind-the-scenes MVP that keeps our production lines organized, supported, and running smoothly. From tracking production data and creating reports to helping welcome new team members and coordinating essential supplies, you’ll play a key role in keeping operations on track. As the Administrative Line Support Specialist here’s the work you’ll do:

• Collects and transcribes data for the preparation of records and reports including Ammo data cards. 
• Develops and maintains spreadsheets and databases for department data including but not limited to downtime reports, Power BI, Excel spreadsheets. 
• Coordinates purchase order placement for items required to support Production Line functions and projects. (P-card, purchase req’s, office supplies and service entries). 
• Reviews and checks attendance. Coordinates with HR tracking discipline and forms. Helps with onboarding including lunch, tours, shoes and uniforms. 
• Maintains and updates SOPs as required.
• Receives and mails all production mailing for their respective departments; updates signage live as required weekly.

This role is for you if you have these skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Document Locator, and SAP.
• Possesses knowledge of establishing and maintaining accountable records.
• Ability to handle multiple duties simultaneously.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality

And if you have these qualifications:

• H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required
• 1+ years office or clerical experience Preferred
• Must possess a valid REAL ID-compliant driver’s license, which includes the gold or black star in the upper corner, indicating it is federally compliant.
• A positive attitude and the ability to collaborate with team members is essential for contributing to a cohesive work environment.
• Successful completion of a background screening process is mandated for all candidates.

   

  Candidates may be required to satisfy additional job-related requirements, including those established and controlled by third parties, as part of the selection process.

   

  In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $36,560 - $54,840 annually. Please note that this range is not a guarantee of compensation; final offer amounts may vary based on experience and geographic location. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on the date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements.
