As a Sales Operations Specialist (m/w/d) you will play a key role in supporting and optimizing our Sales processes. You ensure that our Sales team operates efficiently by managing CRM systems, maintaining data quality, and enabling smooth day-to-day operations.
This is a highly operational role with direct impact on pipeline transparency, reporting, and execution.
Your Responsibilities:
Sales Operations & Execution
- Support the Sales team in daily operations and administrative tasks
- Maintain and update sales pipelines, opportunities, and deal data
- Ensure smooth lead-to-deal processes and proper documentation
- Coordinate between Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations
CRM Management (Zoho or similar)
- Own and maintain CRM data quality, structure, and workflows
- Create and manage reports, dashboards, and performance tracking
- Support CRM improvements and automation initiatives
- Train and support Sales users in CRM best practices
Reporting & Insights
- Prepare regular sales reports and pipeline overviews
- Track KPIs (conversion rates, deal velocity, etc.)
- Identify inconsistencies and ensure data accuracy
Your Profile
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, CRM Management, or similar roles
- Strong hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g. Zoho, Salesforce)
- Basic understanding of sales funnels and B2B processes
- High attention to detail and strong data affinity
- Structured, reliable, and execution-focused working style
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (company language), German is a plus
