Position Overview:
The Senior Manager, Training & Development supports brand operations by partnering with the operations team to manage software employed by the brand. The Senior Manager, Training & Development is the first point of contact for franchise owners regarding software support. Some of the responsibilities are administrative and include coordinating with others, while most include facilitating positive relationships between franchise owners and the software platforms they utilize. This position works in a fast-paced environment while also being able to prioritize, multi-task, remain flexible and meet the needs of internal and external customers.
Primary Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the team to define the appropriate tech stack and provide strategic direction for the platforms deployed by the RBW brand.
Evaluate new software platforms to determine viability of implementation throughout the brand, as well as projected ROI to be realized by the end users.
Manage relationships with technology partners to ensure alignment with brand priorities and a high level of franchise owner satisfaction.
Create and organize training materials and sessions for all existing and new platforms and manage training library for internal and external users.
Lead internal and external trainings on existing and new platforms.
Utilize various technologies and systems to present data and provide business insights to brand leaders to solve complex business problems.
Oversee and manages both internal and external technology platforms to ensure seamless integration functionality and performance.
Manage brand data set as appropriate to ensure accurate and timely access to data for the entire RBW operations team.
Provide oversight and leadership to the Brand Technology Team, including supervision of Brand Technology Specialists.

Education & Experience:
A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
5+ years of experience in technology management or related IT field is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with managing different types of technology such as Fusion/DASH, QuickBooks and other related platforms
Proven track record of learning and implementing new systems is preferred.
