TEAM LEADER - OPERATIONS - PM ROSTER - BAYSWATER
We are seeking experienced and motivated Operations Team Leaders to support daily operations
across our Bakery, Production and Warehouse teams.
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for coordinating workflow, supporting crew members
and maintaining operational standards across the shift.
- Working 8-hour shifts, these are full-time opportunity on rotating roster
- PM Team Leader - Sunday to Thursday 12:00pm- 9:30pm Roster
- Supporting the Supervisor, the Operations Team Leader plays an important role in ensuring production, picking and dispatch activities run safely, efficiently and to specification.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operational activities across Bakery, Production and Warehouse
- Allocate tasks and maintain workflow across the team
- Support crew members to complete tasks accurately and safely
- Reinforce food safety, hygiene and quality standards
- Support stock accuracy, product handling and dispatch preparation
- Escalate operational, safety or quality issues to the Operations Supervisor
- Assist with onboarding and development of crew members
Time spent within Bakery, Production and Warehouse may vary depending on operational priorities,
shift optimisation and direction from the Operations Supervisor.
THE ROLE REQUIRES SOMEONE WHO
- Experience in food manufacturing, bakery, production or warehouse environments
- Previous experience supporting or leading operational teams
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to maintain standards in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, accountable and team-focused
Desirable
- Food Safety certification
- Forklift licence
