- You develop and implement the performance testing strategy (as part of the overall QA strategy) and translate it into clear standards and guidelines for teams.
- You ensure that software and applications meet non‑functional requirements (including performance, reliability, capacity, and stability), identify risks and bottlenecks related to load and performance activities, and embed these into the SDLC process.
- You safeguard the quality standards and expectations set by the Central Performance Testing team and work closely with business, functional, implementation, and operations teams, as well as external partners.
- You ensure that the right tools, processes and reporting are applied and continuously improved.
- You organize tracking and follow‑up (issues/bugs, trends, improvement actions) and create a continuous feedback loop towards delivery teams based on load and performance results.
- You oversee all load and performance activities of the Central Performance Testing team and challenge estimates, scope, and approach where needed.
- You manage and prioritize the backlog of central performance testing activities and align with relevant stakeholders.
- You initiate continuous improvements and provide technical support for process optimization and the maturity growth of load and performance testing.
Your profile as Service Delivery Manager Performing Testing :
- You have a strong technical foundation with a focus on IT applications, methodologies, and preferably telecom products.
- You have experience with testing methodologies and demonstrated expertise in load and performance testing.
