As an IP Design Engineer, you help design and develop the IP network that supports our telecom and media services. You work closely with other engineers within the Backbone and Datacenter Infrastructure Tribe to keep our network stable, secure, and ready for the future.
You translate business and user needs into clear IP network designs. You make sure our network evolves in a flexible and scalable way, while keeping performance and security top of mind. You are part of a team that works with modern and diverse technologies in a fast-changing environment.

You are an experienced IP network engineer who likes to take ownership and work end‑to‑end. You look beyond your own domain and always consider the full end‑to‑end solution. You take ownership of your work and follow through on responsibilities, even in complex situations. You stay calm under pressure and focus on quality, stability, and clear results. You work well with others, communicate openly, and understand the business context behind technical decisions. You actively keep your knowledge up to date with new technologies and trends. English is essential for this role, while Dutch and/or French is considered a strong plus.
