

Job Description
Lead the development and execution of integrated brand strategies and campaigns for the mother brand and associated products and services
Translate business objectives into effective go-to-market (GTM) plans and high-impact engagement initiatives
Manage end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery across all touchpoints
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather insights, align on objectives, and ensure seamless campaign delivery
Engage actively with digital media team, product & business team, and creative agency team in brief to plan, to creative ideation and development, to content and campaign calendar, to execution and monitoring of all activities pertaining to assigned portfolio
Drive strong stakeholder alignment by ensuring clear communication of briefs, feedback, and campaign plans
Oversee creative agencies by providing strategic direction, reviewing outputs, and ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business goals
Monitor all relevant media and business numbers daily, review campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies to achieve brand KPIs, awareness, and engagement targets to ensure business growth with relevant KPIs such as revenue, active user base etc.
Build and maintain strong agency and internal relationships to ensure efficient execution and continuous improvement
Academic Qualification
BBA
Job Experience Required
3-4 years’ of total experience with 1-2 years of relevant experience in brand management, creative agency handling and the field of digital marketing
Required Capabilities
Strong knowledge of brand management
Experience in handling 360 degree campaigns of large magnitude
Flair in interpersonal communication skills
