The Opportunity
This role sits at the heart of our Claims & Insurance teams, supporting members during some of the most challenging moments of their lives. As a Claims Assist Administrator, you’ll combine compassionate customer service with strong administrative discipline, guiding members through the claims process, setting up claims accurately, and ensuring they progress smoothly from start to finish.
You’ll work closely with Claims Consultants and Assessors, managing a high-volume portfolio and serving as a key point of contact for members and claimants. Your role is essential in helping us deliver a high quality, timely and empathetic experience across every interaction.

Whether speaking with a member, updating a claim or coordinating information for Assessors, you consistently deliver accuracy, professionalism and warmth.
You’re motivated by helping others, confident in handling sensitive conversations, and comfortable navigating detailed processes. You enjoy learning, ask the right questions, and take pride in getting things right the first time.
